Food Safety Courses

Major changes to UK food hygiene legislation took place in January 2006 and food business operators, supervisors and food handlers need to be aware of a broad range of issues that might affect the long term viability of the business in which they work.

The law requires that food handlers are trained commensurate with their work activities and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) has developed a range of food hygiene training courses for food handlers, supervisors and managers. Both the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and the CIEH endorse food handler training; and Hygiene Assist is pleased to offer food hygiene training at all levels.
